They grow up so fast! Kim Kardashian opened up about her kids North and Saint West’s latest milestones in a new interview with Women’s Wear Daily, published on Wednesday, June 29.
“North just turned three. Saint is, like, almost standing. He’s only six months, but he is literally almost standing,” the proud mom, 35, told WWD of the tots she shares with husband Kanye West. “It’s wild. He’s the best. He’s the sweetest. I showed him a dog today. He got a little scared.”
While little 6-month-old Saint is afraid of man’s best friend, his big sister can’t wait to get her hands on a pooch of her own.
“North loves dogs, so I said, ‘If you talk your dad into getting you a dog, your brother has to be comfortable,’” the reality superstar explained. “And he was so not comfortable.”
For the time being, Kardashian is relieved that Saint is not yet ready for a family pet.
“It saved me for a little bit longer from having to go and get a dog,” the Selfish author added. “[North’s] not cleaning up after it, so I want to stall for as long as possible.”
While the E! personality may dread the inevitable mess that a puppy is capable of making, she and her brood will be much too busy this summer to even take care of one.
“We’re shooting [season 13 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians]. I would love a vacation, but I don’t know if I’m going to get one this summer. My husband starts his tour, so we’re going to do that with the babies. His tour is supereasy,” Kardashian shared with WWD, detailing her work-filled next few months. “He does a few weeks, and then he’s home for a few weeks. It’ll be fun.”
