Kim Zolciak certainly has her hands full with six children, her injured NFL playing hubby, Kroy Biermann, and her many wigs. But the super mom takes the challenges in stride.
In late November 2013, Zolciak, 35, and Biermann, 28, welcomed twins Kane and Kaia, and they haven't stopped doting on their little ones since. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star has posted several adorable images of her tiny tots on Instagram, but the most recent might be the cutest.
Zolciak's assistant Sweetie Hughes captured a precious moment between the reality star and one of her newborn babies. In the black and white photo, Zolciak is cradling the baby and planting a sweet kiss on its head. (It's unclear which twin is featured in the picture.)
"How I spend my mornings doesn't get any better than this! I rarely get pics of me with the kiddos cause I'm the 'photographer' sooo thx @sweetiehughes for secretly snappin away!" she captioned the picture.
Two weeks ago the token "photographer" snapped a shot of her husband, Atlanta Falcons player Biermann, holding the couple's newborn daughter Kaia, and provided some details on their babies in the caption.
"Kaia has dark hair and the prettiest blue eyes and Kane is blonde with these piercing blue eyes! Elle, Ana, and Kash have my crazy eye color and KJ has blue like his daddy!" Zolciak revealed.
The couple shares sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 17 months, and Zolciak had daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, from previous relationships, who Biermann adopted.
