Too tiny to handle! Kim Zolciak is still gushing over her newborn twins Kane and Kaia, who arrived at the end of November 2013. After welcoming the new babies, Zolciak, 35, and Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann, 28, are now parents to a whopping six kids. The married couple also shares sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 17 months, and daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, Zolciak’s daughters from previous relationships whom Biermann adopted.
