Madonna returned to London on Wednesday, April 6, amid her ongoing custody battle with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie. The “Ghost Town” singer, 57, has been battling the British film director over their 15-year-old son, Rocco.
The pop legend — who wrapped her massive, 8-month-long Rebel Heart world tour late last month — looked relaxed and refreshed in an oversized black coat and polka dot trousers. Madge kept her face covered with black sunglasses.
Rocco has been living with Ritchie in London ever since he refused to return to her New York city home to be with his famous mother and three siblings for the holidays last December. As previously reported, New York Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan ruled in March that Madonna and Ritchie must work out an amicable resolution for the sake of their son.
“Frankly, both parties have chosen to live their lives in a very public way and may welcome the publicity, but the child has not,” Kaplan said during the ruling. “He would like this matter resolved, and the issues concerning him and his family, in the most private way possible.”

Although Madonna’s lawyer, Eleanor Alter, argued that Ritchie allegedly allowing Rocco to not follow his mom’s request was irresponsible, Kaplan chose to deny Madonna’s request for her son to return.
“I’m encouraging the parents to resolve this matter in the best way possible for the child to take this tremendous pressure off their son,” she explained.
According to a source, Madonna is set to meet with Rocco and Ritchie at her Marylebone, London, home.
Ritchie and Madonna are due back in court June 1.
