Proud of what her body did! Meghan King Edmonds took to Instagram just two days after giving birth to twin boys to share a relatable photo of her post-birth belly.
The 33-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County alum added a bathroom mirror selfie to her Stories on Thursday, June 7, which showed off her bare stomach.
“I worked on this bump for a long and hard 37 weeks,” she wrote alongside a photo craddling her belly. “You didn’t think I’d give it up that easy, did you?!”
The reality TV personality and her husband, Jim, welcomed their new little bundles of joy on Tuesday, June 5, and Us Weekly got an exclusive first look at the adorable little ones the following day.
“Announcing our perfect, beautiful, and healthy twin baby boys!” the couple told Us on at the time, sharing a sweet black-and-white pic of the newborns on a blanket with a footprint theme. “They arrived at 10:48 p.m. and 11:32 p.m. on June 5 weighing 6 pounds, 15 ounces, (20 inches long) and 6 pounds (19.25 inches long.)”
The duo noted that “everyone is doing well,” and teased a name reveal. “Stay tuned for names and birth story,” they told Us.
The proud papa was the first to announce their happy news in an Instagram post on Wednesday, June 6. “1 little foot each,” the former baseball player captioned a heartwarming pic of his arm with two ink footprints. “They made it. Everyone us safe and healthy. Pictures will come soon.”
Meghan confirmed her pregnancy during the RHOC season 12 reunion and confirmed in January that she wouldn’t be returning to the Bravo show. Meghan and Jim tied the knot in October 2014, and are also parents to a 18-month-old daughter, Aspen.
