Congratulations are in order! O’Neal McKnight and his wife, Miriam Sternoff, welcomed their first child together on Friday, May 27, the Kosher Soul stars’ rep confirms exclusively to Us Weekly.
The happy couple welcomed a baby girl named Madeleine Grace McKnight at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles in the early hours of Friday morning.
“It was a very emotional ordeal for O’Neal. His late mother Gracie Mae McKnight was born on the same day,” the rep tells Us. “Now his daughter shares the same birthday as his mom.”
McKnight and Sternoff, a celebrity stylist, tied the knot in May 2014. They exclusively revealed to Us in January that they were expecting.
“Love never felt so good!” the comedian tells Us. “I love my daughter from the top of her head to the bottom of her little feet. I can see a little me and a little Miriam all rolled up into one. My heart never knew a love like this! People keep saying, ‘Get all the sleep you can.’ I can’t sleep because I just want to look at her!”
