Team Curry is growing.
Ayesha Curry, who announced in February, that she and her NBA star husband Stephen, are expecting baby No. 3, shared an adorable photo of her bump on Tuesday, March 20.
In the black and white picture, daughters Riley, 6, and Ryan, 3, kiss their mom’s belly. The cookbook author captioned the sweet snap: “This is the life. Blessing on blessing on blessing. Already so much love.”
Last month, Ayesha revealed in an essay for her lifestyle blog GoInspo, that she has been suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum a severe form of morning sickness. While 80 percent of all pregnant women suffer from nausea, HG occurs in just two percent of pregnancies.
“For the past 4 months, I’ve barely been able to eat let alone cook. The mere smell of food averts me,” wrote the 28-year-old. “This all has me in a funk that I can’t seem to shake. I don’t want to say I’m depressed because I take mental health very seriously, but I am truly very sad. When you can’t do what you love all of a sudden because of an uncontrollable situation, it sucks. There’s no better way to say it then it just downright sucks and I ca’t wait to get my butt back into the kitchen and back with my culinary family.”
But lucky for Ayesha, she has “an absolute angel” of a husband. “Always there when I need him as best as he can,” she gushed of the 30-year-old Golden State Warriors star. “Always ready to lend a hand for a uhh loved foot rub and ALWAYS there to put our situation into perspective for me.”
Ayesha and Stephen met when they were 14 and 15, attending the same church youth group. They tied the knot in 2011.
