Not feelin’ it. Emily Maynard took to Twitter on Thursday, March 17, to update fans about her pregnancy. According to the Bacehlorette alum, her second trimester has been really hard on her.

“In my second trimester and still feel like death. I’m OK during the day but can't keep anything down at night,” Maynard, 28, wrote before asking for help: “Any advice?”

Soon, the former reality star started receiving tips from her followers. Among them? The suggestion to take a combination of over-the-counter sleep aid Unisom and vitamin B6 — a common remedy for morning sickness, according to the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. The West Virginia native was open to give it a try, but unfortunately, it only made things worse.

“For those of you that suggested unisom & b6 do you take it during the day?” she inquired. “I did and fell asleep in my car. Basically I'm a mess.”

In a follow-up tweet, Maynard seemed to say that the taking the medicine made her feel sluggish. “Does the Unisom eventually not make you feel like you cant move?” she tweeted.

Although her second trimester has been difficult, Maynard is still excited to welcome another child with husband Tyler Johnson. The couple — who married at Johnson's parents' farm in South Carolina in June 2014 — welcomed baby boy Jennings last July.

"I am pregnant again," she told Good Morning America in an interview that aired March 1. "We didn't think it would happen so quickly, but we're so grateful and just feel so blessed and excited."

The I Said Yes: My Story of Heartbreak, Redemption and True Love author is also the mom of daughter Ricki, 10, who she had with the late Nascar driver Ricky Hendrick. The athlete was killed in a plane crash in October 2004.
