Kirsten Dunst is notoriously private. So it should come as no surprise that the pregnant 35-year-old kept her baby bump under wraps during a Tuesday, December 12, run to Alfred Coffee + Kitchen in Studio City, California.
Dressed in a black and white patterned smock dress, Dunst’s belly was barely visible as she sipped an iced tea drink while running errands with her mom. The sighting came just one day before Us Weekly exclusively broke the news that the Hidden Figures actress and her fiance Jesse Plemons are expecting their first child together.
Dunst and Plemons, 29, started dating in 2016 while playing husband and wife on FX’s Fargo, and are slated to wed in Austin, Texas, next spring. Dunst will walk down the aisle in a gown created by her close friends, Rodarte designers Kate and Laura Mulleavy. “I can’t imagine not doing it,” Kate told Us at the September 18 Woodshock premiere in L.A. Though her sister noted they hadn’t started working on the dress: “We hopefully will get inspiration and figure it out.”
The former child star opened up about her desire to have children in July. “I’m at a stage in my life where I’m like, I’ve been working since I was 3. It’s time to have babies and chill,” she told Marie Claire UK. “I wasn’t one of those ‘I need a baby!’ people until my goddaughter was born. I love her so much. That love is just like . . . you can’t experience that unless you have a kid. I put her to bed last night and she woke up this morning and said to her mom, ‘Where’s Kiki?’ I just love that love. That’s what I want.”
