Savannah Chrisley is sharing more details about her pregnancy after revealing she’s expecting her first baby with her now-fiancé, who is known to the public only as Jason.
“We went on this cruise, and we started in Istanbul,” Chrisley said during the Tuesday, October 27, episode of her “Unlocked” podcast, recalling how she found out she’s pregnant. “We were going along the coast of Turkey into Greece. And I felt horrible.”
Chrisley said she felt “nauseous” and had “really bad cramps,” so she assumed she was getting her period. However, she then realized her period was actually five days late.
Chrisley was certain there was no way she could be pregnant because doctors had previously told her she might struggle to conceive due to having both endometriosis and adenomyosis. However, she bought a test from a local pharmacy and took it the next morning.
“That test came back, within like 10 seconds, two bright pink lines,” she recalled. “And I was like, ‘Stop it. No, there was no way.’ And that’s how we found out that we are officially pregnant. So it was a major plot twist. I mean, we both were so shocked, so thrilled.”
“God’s hand was written all over this,” Chrisley continued. “I thought, ‘There is no way.’ And for us, that’s like the happiest time of our entire life.”
The cruise took place one month after Chrisley completed an egg retrieval as part of her in vitro fertilization (IVF) journey. During Tuesday’s podcast episode, she recalled taking several videos of herself and Jason talking to their embryos about their excitement over someday becoming parents.
“Little did I know, I had a baby in my stomach at the time when we’re filming this video,” she said.
Chrisley announced her pregnancy on Tuesday along with the news that she and Jason are engaged.
“I’ve prayed for this life. I’ve cried for this life. And there were moments I truly wondered if this life would ever be mine. 🥹🤍,” she wrote via Instagram, sharing that Jason became her “protector” amid “heartbreak,” seemingly referring to her parents’ legal troubles. (Todd and Julie Chrisley were pardoned by President Donald Trump last year after being convicted of 12 counts of tax evasion, bank and wire fraud and conspiracy in June 2022.)
“For the first time in a long time, I feel safe. I feel fulfilled. I can finally exhale. I found my forever in you. 💍,” she continued. “And just when I thought my heart couldn’t hold any more love, God gave us our sweetest blessing yet… we’re having a BABY! 🥹👶🏼.”
Savannah added, “J, watching the way you already love and protect our baby before he/she has even entered this world has made me fall in love with you in an entirely new way,” the reality television star wrote. “Not a single doctor’s appointment missed. Constantly caring for me, talking about our baby, and reminding me how beautiful my growing bump is. I thank God every day that this baby gets to call you Daddy. 🤍.”
Savannah and Jason began dating in July 2025. She kept the romance a secret until May and still hasn’t revealed her man’s full identity, though she has shared that he is older than her.
