Star-spangled Snooki! Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi celebrated 4th of July with her family, including her adorable 10-month-old son Lorenzo, and shared pictures from their Independence Day festivities via Instagram.
In one picture, little Lorenzo is seen clad in a red, white and blue outfit, with his right hand over his chest. “Lorenzo’s first pledge of allegiance,” the former Jersey Shore star wrote.
In another pic, the 25-year-old, who debuted her 42-pound weight loss to Us Weekly in March, showed off her rocking body — wearing brown heels, loose denim capris and an off-the-shoulder flag long-sleeved shirt. Her dyed red hair tresses looked voluminous, flowing over one shoulder. “This mommy is ready,” the MTV star captioned the pic.
Snooki, who spent the 4th vacationing with Lorenzo and fiance Jionni LaValle, blogged on her site about her “first fourth as a mother” — writing how times have changed from her GTL days on the shore.
“For the past couple years I celebrated by going to Vegas or going to a crazy party, going wild like a complete nut-job banchee,” she wrote. “Now I’m on a family vacation with my son and fiance and I couldn’t be happier.”
She added, “I love being a mom, a fiance, and still being fabulous. So cheers to my first Fourth of July as a mother & as a new and improved woman.”
Snooki got engaged to LaValle in March 2012. They welcomed Lorenzo on August 26, 2012.
