Moving from her Iowa hometown to Florida to attend school seemed like a simple decision for Teen Mom‘s Farrah Abraham, but now that the 21-year-old is putting down roots in the Sunshine state with baby Sophia, 3, she’s realizing that being a single mom is tougher than she thought.
Hitting the beach with her visiting father, Michael, and her little girl on Tuesday’s all-new Teen Mom, Abraham gets defensive when her dad suggests she keep a better eye on her baby.

“She’s doing fine, Michael,” Abraham snaps when Michael catches Sophia heading into the water without a watchful eye from mom.
Later, Abraham keeps her guard up when asked if she’s planned to enroll her daughter in daycare. “I’m just settling in, OK?” she seethes. “Working, relaxing with Sophia — I need to get into my own life.”
The last straw for Abraham comes when her father hints at a move to Florida to be closer to his granddaughter, which Abraham sees as a dig at her parenting. “As if I don’t take care of Sophia?! That’s what you’re hinting at,” she tells him.
