Wedding planning can be stressful for any bride-to-be, but add twin 15-month-olds into the mix and things can especially hectic.
On Tuesday's all-new episode of Teen Mom 2, Leah Simms becomes frustrated with having to raise her daughters while planning her upcoming nuptials to then-boyfriend Corey.
The 18-year-old mom — who got pregnant with Corey's kids after the couple was together just one month — quickly gets overwhelmed when her man doesn't do his share.
"I'm getting frustrated about it. I haven't got my dress, Corey hasn't gotten my wedding band," Leah tells her mom, Dawn, in an exclusive sneak preview. "We were talking today about postponing it, but I don't know what we're going to do. I'm completely stressed out about it."
While her mom tries to assuage her fears, Leah starts to get cold feet.
"I'm just afraid that we're young and I hope we're thinking right and we know what we're doing before we make decisions," Leah says.
Corey, on the other hand, is confident in their bond.
"We both grew up in split-up families, and we don't want that for our girls," Corey told UsMagazine.com of Leah, whom he wed in October. "We've already been through so much, there's nothing that can tear us apart."
Teen Mom 2 airs Tuesday at 10 p.m. (EST) on MTV.
