Finn McDermott‘s almost ready for his closeup!
Since giving birth August 30, Craft Wars host Tori Spelling, 39, has shared a few photos of her newborn son via Instagram — but none of them show her precious baby boy’s face.
One shot features Finn’s tiny hand wrapped around his mother’s finger. “Finn Makes Four,” Spelling wrote in the caption. In a second image, the actress’ husband, Dean McDermott, 45, cradles his son’s head. “So in love,” Spelling wrote September 2.
Finn joins older siblings Liam, 5, Stella, 4, and Hattie, 10 months, and half-sibling Jack, 13, from McDermott’s previous marriage. Spelling and McDermott were married in May 2006.
When Spelling spoke to Us Weekly at an event in Burbank, California, August 29 — the day before she gave birth! — the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum revealed her baby making days are likely over.
“I actually love being pregnant, so if it is my last, I’ll be sad never to be pregnant again,” Spelling admitted. “It’ll have been a precious moment in time and it’ll be over with, so it is sad.”
That same night, McDermott penned an open letter to his unborn son, which he shared after Finn’s birth Friday. “Well, it’s the night before your entrance into this crazy, whacky, amazing world full of joy, good times, bad times, love, loss, friends and foes — and that’s just your brothers and sisters!” he joked.
“They’re always full of love, laughter and energy. Quite frankly they’re absolutely bonkers too, but you’re going to love them,” McDermott added. “Mom and Dad are a bit kooky too – that’s just how we roll. Not to worry though, we’ll grow on you after awhile. So strap on your onesie, because it’s going to be a wild ride.”
