Some bunny had a great Easter! Vanessa Lachey (nee Minnillo) and husband Nick Lachey celebrated their very first Easter holiday with son Camden, 6 months on Sunday March 31. And although the couple’s first child was too young to hunt for Easter eggs or gorge on jelly beans and chocolate, he was still able to get in the spring holiday spirit! “‘Hoppy’ Easter!” the Wipeout hostess, 32, tweeted. In an adorable snapshot, the little tyke crawls with a fluffy bunny tail affixed to the back of his shorts.
Vanessa and 98 Degrees singer Nick, 39, have been over-the-moon since becoming parents, sharing holidays and other baby milestones with their fans online. “This Valentine’s Day you’ll only be 5 months old, but I feel like I’ve loved you forever. I have wanted to be your mommy for as long as I can remember,” Vanessa wrote on her blog for Valentine’s Day.
The first-time mother has also been frank about the struggles of motherhood — revealing that she faced the “baby blues” (but not postpartum depression) shortly after Camden’s September 2012 birth.
Shortly after Camden’s arrival, “I started crying. I was feeding Camden and crying my eyes out,” she wrote. “I felt like I had officially come undone.”
