Looking good! Zoe Saldana and husband Marco Perego left the twins at home at the weekend, stepping out for dinner at Hakkasan to celebrate Saldana's mom's 59th birthday on Saturday, Jan. 31.
Looking fresh faced and super-slim after her recent delivery (Saldana gave birth to sons Cy and Bowie on Nov. 27) the mom-of-two and her long-haired hubby couldn't keep their hands off each other as they enjoyed an evening out on the town.
Joining Saldana's whole extended family, the couple spent three hours celebrating mom Asalia Saldana's big night while seated in the restaurant's private dining room.
"The group was very celebratory," a source told Us Weekly exclusively. "They had a great time. Zoe's husband Marco was so polite and was thanking staff after the dinner."
New mom Zoe shared a snap of the evening's festivities via Instagram, showing off her impressively skinny physique just two months after giving birth to her babies. She and Perego joined other family members in the pic, with Zoe wearing a cute striped long-sleeved top and Perego hugging her from behind, his hand on her now-flat belly.
Zoe dined on spicy prawns and jasmine tea smoked ribs, followed by a duck salad which she shared with her husband. "She loved the spicy prawns so much she ordered another plate of them," our source reveals.
"They were super sweet with one another," the source continues, of the new parents, evidently enjoying their rare night out. "[They were] holding hands under the table, and talking to the family members about their new babies."
Earlier that day, Saldana had shared a montage of photos of her mom via Instagram, wishing her a happy birthday.
"#HappyBirthday to my beautiful #Mother @asaliasaldana," she captioned the pictures. "Thank you for being born, thank you for my life, thank you for my sisters, thank you for my principles of #life . You are the rock of this family. Our Mother Eagle."
