Pregnant Ali Fedotowsky and fiancé Kevin Manno jetted to Hawaii for their babymoon in February 2016, and enjoyed some R&R at the Grand Hyatt Kauai before her due date. The posh resort boasts 50 acres of oceanfront property. "It's so gorgeous," Fedotowsky, who wore a two piece and scarf from Show Me Your MuMu told Us Weekly. "I think our little baby liked it too, because I felt the biggest kicks yet while there! So big that they startled me a few times while I was laying by the pool."
