Love knows no bounds…except those imposed by strict parents. As evidenced by their 19 kids (and counting!), Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are all about going forth and multiplying — but only after saying "I do." The TLC reality stars have very specific rules for romance when it comes to their children, and you can read all about them in the new issue of Us Weekly.
Fans of the deeply religious Arkansas-based family already know that kissing is forbidden before a couple's wedding day. (They're not even allowed to hold hands until after they get engaged!) But there are other guidelines, too — all of them meant to lead the kids to their perfect partners.
"In today's day and time, it's a little bit strange to be in our early twenties and have not had sex," newly engaged daughter Jessa, 21, admits. "But it's how our parents did it."
It's how Jessa's sister Jill did it, too — and now she and husband Derick Dillard are happily married and expecting their first child together. (The couple said "I do" in June and announced her pregnancy just two months later.)
