Alex Cooper isn’t holding herself back from indulging in her pregnancy cravings.
Cooper, 31, revealed the sweet treat she’s been craving the most while expecting her first baby with husband Matt Kaplan via TikTok on Monday, June 1. “I don’t know what it is about pregnancy, but the way that I crave donuts … I need to know everyone’s craving because I can’t,” she said while holding up a chocolate-covered donut.
“Every single morning I text Matt, ‘Bring me a donut,’” she explained. “And he comes upstairs and he has warm tea and a side of a donut. It’s gotten to the point where I’m like, ‘Surprise me!’”

Cooper said that Kaplan, 42, has started bringing her a full box of donuts to choose from. “This is our afternoon delivery that he just sent me,” Cooper said while displaying a twisted donut, a sugar-covered snack and more. “It’s gotten so regular that the other morning I text Matt my classic 8 a.m. text, ‘Bring me a donut.’ Then, all of a sudden, I get a text message back and it says, ‘LOL which kind?’ with like, 12 heart [emojis] on it.”
Cooper explained that she was confused at the response until she realized she accidentally sent the message to her all her employees and not just Kaplan. “My entire team at my company woke up to me saying, ‘Bring me a donut,’” she quipped while taking a bite of one.
“I was like, ‘I am so sorry that was meant for Matt,’ but now everyone keeps joking and bringing me donuts every five seconds.” Cooper shared that she’s also been craving In-N-Out Burger.
Cooper announced that she and Kaplan are expecting their first baby via social media last month. In a number of photos, she rocked a white off-the-shoulder crop top and low-waisted pants. She sat on an armchair while gazing into Kaplan’s eyes.
In another pic, she laughed while he looked at her growing baby bump and put his hand on her thigh.
“Our family 🤍,” Cooper captioned the post.
Cooper and Kaplan met on a business call over Zoom in 2020. The following year, she confirmed during an episode of her “Call Her Daddy” podcast that they made their relationship official.
In April 2023, Kaplan got down on one knee and proposed to Cooper. One year later, Kaplan and Cooper tied the knot in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
