Whoops! Normally Ariana Grande looks extremely well put together — every hair in perfect position, cat eye impressively even. But as she attended a beauty launch for UK-based brand Boots in London on Wednesday, Nov. 4, she debuted a not-so-photo-friendly look.
Not only was the “Problem” singer’s face makeup a few shades lighter than her body’s, the spray tan on her décolletage and shoulders looked splotchy.
Despite the less-than-smooth appearance, Grande, 23, greeted her British fans with a huge grin on her face, with her hair done up in a half-up double-hun style.
The petite Nickelodeon alum wore a black jumpsuit for the occasion with a plunging neckline, and layered the ensemble with a lilac overcoat, which she wore draped at her elbows, for the occasion. A pair of sky-high Christian Louboutin heels completed the ensemble.
Despite her beauty blunder, Grande has been trying to spread positive message of loving yourself exactly as you are, posting a rebuttal to a fan who compared her to Modern Family actress Ariel Winter on Instagram on Nov. 3. “We live in a day and age where people make it impossible for women, men, anyone to embrace themselves exactly how they are. Diversity is sexy! loving yourself is sexy!” she wrote. “CELEBRATE YOURSELF. CELEBRATE OTHERS. The things that make us different from one another make us BEAUTIFUL.”
