Beyonce Knowles tops Forbes' list of the 12 Best-Paid Celebrities Under 30 for the second consecutive year, besting fellow pop divas Britney Spears (at No. 2) and Lady Gaga (No.3). Knowles, 28, raked in $87 million thanks to a world tour, endorsement deals with Nintendo and L'Oreal, and her House of Dereon clothing line. [OMG!]

I could give tattoos at anywhere in the world at any hotel,'" the singer, 23, says. "I saw this hot dude recently and I gave him a tattoo sitting in the lobby of the hotel.
