Call it their biggest challenge yet! Big Brother stars Rachel Reilly and Brendon Villegas welcomed their first child together, the reality stars confirmed via social media on Friday, April 8.
“@brendonvbb12 & I are officially parents!” Reilly, 31, tweeted. “Omg thank you for all the prayers and well wishes it was long hard and we did it all natural.”
The Season 13 champion also added in a heart eyes emoji and a baby emoji for good measure.
Reilly later took to Instagram to share a photo of a fruit and snack-filled basket and confirm her new mom status.
“Now that I’m a new mom I can’t wait to celebrate Mother’s Day with my gift basket from winecountrygiftbaskets.com — MOMS we deserve a day 2 CELEBRATE they have everything from wine2 spa gift baskets!!” she captioned the photo. “Get one 4 yourself & your mom!!!! I get it now from labor to breast feeding to taking care of us! #MothersDay #newmom #celebrateMothersday #winecountrygifts @winecountrygifts.”
Reilly and Villegas, 35, first met on the set of Big Brother 12 in 2010, and have gone on to compete on three subsequent seasons of reality shows after that, including two seasons of The Amazing Race and Big Brother 13, which Reilly ultimately won.
The pair tied the knot in September 2012, and announced their baby news during the live portion of Big Brother filming last September.
“Well, you know, Julie [Chen], how I say no one comes between me and my man …” Reilly started, “except a Brenchel baby!”
The couple’s happy bundle of joy will be the first baby born from the Big Brother franchise; on Wednesday, April 6, Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd exclusively told Us that they not only secretly married last month, but are also expecting their own little one.
“I hope it’s a girl! That’s all I want, is a healthy girl,” Lloyd told Us. “I’m around guys all the time!”
