A Southern California woman is suing Bill Cosby, accusing the comedian of molesting her when she was just 15 years old, and telling her to lie about her age, the AP reports.
Judith Huth claims in the sexual battery lawsuit which was filed on Tuesday, Dec. 2 in Los Angeles, that she was molested by the Cosby Show star in a bedroom of the Playboy Mansion when she was just a young teen.
The suit claims she and a friend met the actor and comedian for drinks at his tennis club, having previously encountered him on a film set. After several drinks, she claims, the actor then took her to the Playboy Mansion where he allegedly forced her to perform a sex act with him.
Cosby, 77, has faced more than a dozen allegations in the last month, with women claiming he drugged and then sexually assaulted them in the past. His lawyers deny the accusations, which they describe as "discredited" and "defamatory".
This most recent allegation is the first in which a woman has claimed to have been underage during the alleged molestations. Huth, who is seeking unspecified damages, claims that she suffered severe emotional distress following the incident, but she only discovered the impact it had on her within the past three years, which allows her to file the lawsuit under Californian law.
The new suit comes a day after Cosby resigned from the board of trustees of Temple University in Philadelphia, where he was once a student, amid the allegations.
