Blake Griffin and Francesca Aiello are officially married.
Griffin’s rep confirmed to People on Monday, October 19, that the former NBA pro, 37, and the Frankies Bikinis founder, 31, had tied the knot.
The news comes after Griffin was spotted wearing a gold wedding band at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Sunday, October 18. He was previously seen with the jewelry at a screening of his new talk show, The Stepback With Blake Griffin, on Wednesday, October 14, and at NBA on Prime’s The Art of Basketball season 2 launch event on Tuesday, October 13.
Us confirmed Griffin and Aiello’s engagement in January 2025, with a source revealing the six-time NBA All-Star had popped the question around the holidays. The couple never formally addressed their engagement, but Aiello sported a diamond ring on her left-hand ring finger in a carousel on Instagram at the time.
Griffin was previously engaged to Brynn Cameron from 2009 to 2017. The exes share son Ford, 13, and daughter Finley, 10.
“I’m basically now just a chauffeur,” Griffin exclusively told Us of life as a dad at the Amazon Upfronts in New York City in May 2025. “We just go all over the town on the weekends watching games. But it’s great. I get more nervous for their games than I did for mine.”
Griffin revealed that he sometimes helps coach youth basketball.
“We do try to concentrate on fundamentals,” he told Us of his coaching style. “I think that’s sort of lacking sometimes in youth sports. Also just making sure that they know this isn’t life or death. We’re here to have fun and we’re here to learn how to be good teammates and learn these valuable lessons that sports teaches us.”
Griffin also teased that he and Aiello had “a long runway” to get to their wedding day.
“It’s been pretty chill, but I’m sure it will ramp up or something,” he added.
Griffin and Aiello were first linked in 2018 when they were seen leaving Nobu together in Malibu. The pair appeared to split at one point, with Griffin telling Entertainment Tonight in August 2020 that he was single. However, they reunited by August 2023.
Griffin retired from the NBA in April 2024 after 14 years. He told Us in May 2025 that one of the biggest perks of retirement is “not hurting all the time.”
“Getting out of bed and not being in pain,” he explained. “It’s been nice to have more time for my kids and my family.”
