Bunnie Xo’s DMs are filled with people wanting to date her following her divorce from Jelly Roll.

“I mean, people are just coming out of the woodwork,” Bunnie Xo, 46, said during her appearance on the Thursday, September 3, episode of Jenna Bush Hager’s “Open Book” podcast.

While the “Dumb Blonde” podcaster said she prefers to meet people in real life, she admitted that she has “followed up with” one person who sent her a message.

“But other than that, no DMs yet like that because I don’t know,” she continued before sharing her fears about navigating the dating world after a 10-year marriage. (Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll, 41, tied the knot in 2016. Their divorce was finalized in July.)

“I’m nervous, and I’m not out here doing, like, what everybody thinks I’m doing,” she explained. “Like, I’m really scared. It’s like, you have to move a kind of a certain way, obviously. … It’s definitely different than it was in 2016. I’m also a different person than I was in 2016.”

Despite her trepidations, Bunnie Xo said she’s having “fun” in her new chapter.

“I’m having a blast,” she shared. “And I’m just kind of, like, letting people breathe life into me, like, even if I’m not responding to them, just the messages that I get every day and just people being so sweet and the attention from the men and the women, because there’s tons of women in my DMs that want to date me.”

Bunnie Xo added, “You never know, my soulmate might be a woman. … My whole team is women.”

The Stripped Down author also insisted that she’s not “out here doing ho activities” despite what headlines may imply.

“Literally, we’re at home playing Cards Against Humanity. We’re playing games like that. We’re swimming. We’re working out,” she said. “You guys see only what I put on social media. … Like, can your girl have some fun? Like, you guys are going to see me with multiple men. Maybe even a couple women. You never know. Maybe even a freaking camel. You don’t know. You’re just going to see me out here. It doesn’t mean that I’m tied to them romantically.”

Bunnie Xo concluded, “I tell everybody that I’m living out loud, but I mean, I guess I could do what other people do that are in my position and, like, hide and be elusive. But that feels gross to me. Like, I just want to be authentically me.”

Us confirmed in June that Jelly Roll had filed for divorce from Bunnie Xo the month prior.

In a since-deleted podcast episode released shortly after the divorce news broke, Bunnie Xo insisted that she and Jelly Roll had an amicable separation and shared insight into the reason behind the split.

“J and I have never really been good at having disagreements. So, we were the type of couple who never argued. So, he would be holding things in. I would be holding things in, and that’s a recipe for disaster,” she explained. “We always preach you gotta be comfortable having the uncomfortable conversations, and we did that for eight years in. Then the past year and a half, we kind of got away from that because we’re in a different life right now.”

Bunnie Xo continued, “On Mother’s Day, we had a little bit of an argument, which I don’t think the details are necessary. And, in that argument, I was so fed up and so tired that I just looked at him and said, ‘Well, then file the f***ing divorce papers.’”
