Not-very-amicable exes. Camille Grammer and her ex-husband, Kelsey Grammer, still have not made amends, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said on Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday, January 19.
"It's very difficult because he refuses to communicate with me and coparent with me on any level," Camille, 47, claimed. "So what I do is: My kids go to therapy. I go to therapy. I used to think that there would be a day that would come along that someday I could coparent with him, and he would be willing to talk to me because it would only help the kids."
Camille had some advice for her ex-husband. "He's just got to accept this and learn to hate me last and love his children. He's got to think of his children first," she told WWHL host Andy Cohen. "It's just been difficult. I take it one day at a time."
Cohen then recalled a story about Kelsey, 60, from five years ago, when the first season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was airing. "He came in for a pitch meeting while season 1 was airing," the Bravo star said of the Frasier alum. "And I was sitting there and thinking it was so interesting because … it was after you were split up."
Camille, laughing with fellow guest Kyle Richards, then sniped that the meeting was likely premeditated. "How Machiavellian," she said with a smile as she softly muttered: "Pernicious."
The Grammers' 13-year marriage went down the drain with the couple at the forefront of a messy divorce during the inaugural season of RHOBH in 2010. The split was caused by Kelsey, who had an affair with his now-wife, Kayte Walsh.
He and Walsh welcomed a daughter in July 2012 and a son two years later. In another interview with Andy Cohen in 2014, Camille famously referred to her ex as a "total dick."
"He's an ass," she said. "I can say it."
