British songwriter Sy Rhys Kaye proposed to Guaty, 31, over the holidays in Los Angeles, a source tells Us. "She met Sy a few months ago," the pal notes, "and it was love at first sight. She went to visit him in London, and he proposed when he came back to visit L.A.."
Bride-to-be Guaty gushes to Us, "I knew from the first moment I met him that he was the one! You know when you know!"
The couple hasn't yet shared the date of their special day.
