Charlie Sheen has been sued for sexual battery by a dental technician following his visit to the dentist last week, TMZ reports.

The lawsuit has been filed by Margarita Palestino, who alleges that the Anger Management actor, 49, took off his nitrous oxide mask during his procedure and grabbed her breast. He jumped out of his chair and yelled, "I'm going to f—ing kill you!"

Palestino has also claimed that Sheen pulled on her scrubs and tried to pull her bra strap down. He then lunged at one of the dentists with a knife. After the incident, Sheen's assistant offered to hand over $500 for their troubles.

The former Two and a Half Men star has yet to comment on the situation via social media, but his rep has. Marty Singer said in a statement: "This is a ridiculous claim by an opportunist looking to make her 15 minutes of fame and my client is confident he will prevail in this absurd lawsuit."
