UPDATE 04/16/26 at 12:08 p.m. ET— Clavicular’s rep has quit in the wake of the influencer’s hospitalization for a suspected overdose, Us Weekly can confirm.

“Clavicular’s PR person Mitchell Jackson has quit working with the streamer until he agrees to get treatment for his addiction,” journalist Taylor Lorenz reported on Thursday, April 16, via X. “Clavicular recently left the hospital against medical advice after an OD incident.”

Original story:

Influencer Clavicular is promising to stay off “substances” after being hospitalized for a suspected overdose.

“I think I have to figure something else out. I have to figure out a new method. Either practice mogging sober or just find a new form of content,” Clavicular, 20, said in a Wednesday, April 15, livestream, per TMZ.

One day before the video, Us Weekly confirmed that Clavicular (real name Braden Peters) had “suffered a suspected overdose” during a livestream and had “since been hospitalized.”

Prior to the incident, Clavicular was seen streaming alongside a group of friends when one asked, “How f***ed up are you?” Clavicular replied that he was “shot,” and one of his friends gave him a glass of water, per videos shared by fans.

Clavicular appeared to be slipping out of consciousness with his head beginning to rest on another friend’s shoulder in another clip. The livestream cut out shortly after.

Fellow influencer Androgenic took to social media to recall the moment he took Clavicular to the hospital.

“I hadn’t seen him in this state before and he went from speaking to being fairly unresponsive in mere seconds,” Androgenic wrote via X on Tuesday. “Within a minute we all realized the situation, turned the stream off, picked him up and rushed him to the hospital.”

The post continued, “I haven’t received an update but that’s likely a good thing — and the acute respiratory depression window should already be over with. And you guys should realize that stimulants can attenuate respiratory depression in some cases, but I didn’t push for it once I realised he was unresponsive.”

After his hospitalization, Clavicular shared an update with his fans while posting a selfie where blood could be seen on his face.

“Just got home, that was brutal,” he shared via X on Wednesday. “All of the substances are just a cope trying to feel neurotypical while being in public, but obviously that isn’t a real solution.”

He continued, “The worst part of tonight was my face descending from the life support mask.”

Hours after his release from the hospital, Clavicular shared that he would be appearing at the grand opening of the Bacara nightclub in Miami, Florida.

“Hey guys, I’m all good. Bacara Club grand opening is still tonight, so I will see you guys at 12 [a.m.],” Clavicular said via his Instagram Story on Wednesday.

In text over the video he wrote, “See y’all tonight at @bacaraclub.” Clavicular then shared a photo from the club via his Instagram Story.

Clavicular went viral as part of the looksmaxxing community, which is made up of men who obsessively focus on their appearance as a means of improving their dating prospects.
