Relationship goals, indeed! David Beckham shared some sweet words in honor of his wife Victoria’s 42nd birthday on Sunday, April 17.
“Happy birthday to this beautiful passionate woman,” he captioned a black-and-white selfie with his wife of 16 years. “Have the most amazing day and let us spoil you because you deserve to be spoilt by your husband and our gorgeous children … In 42 years you have been able to achieve so much and it feels you are only just starting.”
The former soccer player, 40, then added, “Happy birthday we love you,” along with the Instagram handles of their three sons, “@brooklybeckham @romeojames1234 @cruz_d_beckham.” (The couple’s youngest child, daughter Harper, 4, does not appear to have an Instagram account yet.)
Victoria shared her own post in honor of her big day, an Instagram video of her silhouette against a psychedelic background, set to the Spice Girls’ “Spice Up Your Life.”
The high-profile family is known for their tight-knit bond, with Victoria and David frequently boasting about their kids.
On Wednesday, April 13, the fashion designer shared an adorable clip of 11-year-old Cruz crooning via Instagram.
“Super cute Cruz!! @davidbeckham @brooklynbeckham #proudmummy X vb,” she captioned the video, in which the tween kills it singing Twista and Faith Evans’ 2004 hit “Hope.”
And last November, David took to Instagram to point out that Brooklyn, 17, had borrowed his clothes.
“That’s my jumper,” he hilariously commented on a photo of the teen’s brooding photo.
