Back for good? After announcing his rehab stint about a month ago following an explosive cheating scandal, Dean McDermott was spotted for the first time on Monday, Feb. 24 outside of the family’s Los Angeles home.
The father of four with wife Tori Spelling was photographed carrying several children’s car seats outside as his 5-year-old daughter Stella followed close behind. Not pictured was McDermott’s wife of seven years, who has kept a low profile since Us Weekly broke the news of his affair with 28-year-old Emily Goodhand. McDermott didn’t look drastically different, sporting some of his signature scruff and dressed casually in jeans and a zip up jacket.
McDermott, 47, checked into rehab in January 2013.
“I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I’ve caused my family,” McDermott told Us in a statement at the time. “I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves.”
In addition to Stella, the couple also shares sons Liam, 6, and Finn, 17 months, and daughter Hattie, 2.
Spelling, 40, meanwhile is still undecided about the future of her marriage following her husband’s betrayal. The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum wants to avoid “ripping her family apart” and is currently “trying to decide what’s best,” a pal recently told Us.
