Denise Richards submitted a series of photos into evidence as part of her bitter divorce from estranged husband Aaron Phypers to accuse him of trashing the million-dollar mansion they once shared, Us Weekly can exclusively report. A source close to Phypers adamantly denied the claims.

The Wild Things star, 54, showed the court photos of the six-bedroom, five-bathroom, 6,985 square-foot mansion in “disarray.”

“Aaron and his parents and brother have severely damaged the [home] and left the house in a state of disarray,” Richards said.

A source close to Phypers disputed the claim that he or his family damaged the home or that they caused it to be in a state of “disarray.”

The insider claimed Phypers and his family had cleared up the home “a ton” since Richards moved out of the home in 2023.

Richards’ alleged photos of the home show various rooms unorganized with items all over the floor. Other photos revealed the property’s floors had been torn up and covered in clutter throughout.

In regard to the floors being torn up, the source close to Phypers claimed his family was in the process of replacing them.

As Us previously reported, on August 20, Richards filed docs demanding Phypers, 52, and his family vacate the Calabasas home they once shared.

Richards rented a townhome, which is several miles away in 2023. Phypers, his parents and his brother remained living in the home.

In her motion, Richards asked that Phypers and his relatives leave the home for eight hours to allow her to retrieve her dogs, clothing and her late mother’s items.

She asked that Phypers ensure that there are no recording or listening devices in the home. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star explained she had a temporary restraining order in place against Phypers that required him to be 100 yards away from her.

Richards explained, “Aaron and I are still on the lease for the [home]. When I moved out of the [home] over two years, I left many of my personal items and my late mother’s items at the house based on Aaron telling me that his family would be moving back to Canada and we would be moving back into the [home].”

In addition, the actress said she learned on July 24 via an email from the landlord. She said the landlord said he will be starting the eviction process and demanded they vacate the home.

“The landlord has made it clear that Aaron has not been responding to his numerous calls and text messages,” Richards said. “If I am not able to retrieve my dogs and belongings, I believe … my property [will be] destroyed or discarded during the eviction process.”

Richards said she told Phypers he would be responsible for rent in January “since his family was refusing to vacate the property.”

“I recently learned from the landlord … that in addition to Aaron and his parents not vacating the [home], Aaron has apparently not paid the rent on the [home] and left the house in a state of disarray.”

Richards said she agreed to have the dogs stay at the [home] in May due to her having two surgeries. “Despite several requests, since that time Aaron has refused to allow me to retrieve my dogs and other personal items from the [home].”

As Us previously reported, the judge ruled that Richards could return to the home to retrieve personal items with the police.

The drama erupted on July 7 when Phypers filed for divorce after six years of marriage. He demanded spousal support, claiming he spends over $105,000 on monthly bills. He told the court he believed Richards made $250,000 per month in income.

A couple of days later, Richards pleaded for a restraining order claiming Phypers had been abusive during their marriage.

Phypers adamantly denied the accusations in a statement to Us: “But the recent public accusations made against me are not only false — they are devastating. I have never, ever physically harmed my wife, and I did not give her a black eye.”
