After living apart for months, Dina Eastwood is ready to make her split from Clint Eastwood official.

Citing irreconcilable differences, Dina filed for legal separation from her actor/director husband on Monday in Monterey County Superior Court, omg! can confirm. Attorney C. Michael McClure declined to comment to Reuters on why Dina filed or whether she would eventually seek a divorce.

According to papers obtained by omg!, Dina, 48, is seeking spousal support from Clint, 83, as well as physical custody of their 16-year-old daughter Morgan, although they would share legal custody.

Dina also seeks leave to amend once the extent of community and separate property is determined and “pursuant to a premarital agreement.”

Us Weekly first broke the news last month that after 17 years of marriage, the pair had split quietly in June 2012. The two had not been photographed together in public since 2011.

The plot also thickened last week: Apparently both Dina and Clint have romantically moved on … to another pair of ex-spouses. Clint is reportedly dating mom of two Erica Tomlinson-Fisher while Dina is casually seeing Erica’s ex-husband, Scott Fisher.

The Eastwoods married in 1996 and lived in Carmel, California. They have one daughter together, Morgan, while the actor has six other children with other women.

Clint was married once before, to Maggie Johnson, from 1953 to 1984.
