Emile Hirsch is taking action to change his ways. According to TMZ, the Lone Survivor actor has checked into rehab following an incident at Sundance last month, which resulted in him being charged with aggravated assault.

Investigators told the Associated Press that he grabbed Bernfeld from behind and pulled her across a table.
