It's over—again.
Emilie de Ravin and her husband Joshua Janowicz have filed for divorce for the second time, TMZ reports.
"Emilie and her husband have filed for divorce," de Ravin's rep, Jeff Raymond, told news.com.au in a statement. "They have recently been living separately and remain friends."
The Once Upon a Time actress, 32, first filed for divorce from Janowicz in January 2007 seven months after their wedding. He was served legal papers two years later but it was never finalized. (Court documents obtained by TMZ note that the pair wed on June 19, 2003. Their ceremony, however, took place in June 2006.)
Janowicz, 32, cited irreconcilable differences in his latest legal documents. He and the Lost and Roswell alum have been separated since November.
