Smitten since 2001! Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova are still going strong 14 years later. The singer, 40, and former tennis pro, 34, resurfaced for a date night at the Palm restaurant in Beverly Hills on Thursday, Aug. 6.
Kournikova looked especially slender in fitted leggings, a black tank, and sky-high booties while her beau opted for jeans and a zip-up. The blonde was sporting her massive yellow diamond ring from Iglesias.
The uber-private couple — some fans speculate they secretly wed years ago — looked more in love as ever as they made their way out of the eatery wrapped in embrace.
“I’ve never really thought marriage would make a difference,” Iglesias told Parade magazine in 2012. “Maybe it’s because I come from divorced parents, but I don’t think you love someone more because of a piece of paper.” (Enrique’s father, singer Julio Iglesias, split from his mom, Isabel Preysler, after eight years of marriage in 1979.)
Thankfully, Kournikova (who retired from tennis in 2007) is on the same page as her longtime love. “It isn’t important to me,” she told Women’s Health mag back in 2011. “I’m in a happy relationship — that’s all that matters.”
