Haley Beck’s school district has been served with a search warrant as authorities continue to look into allegations of grooming.
The Peoria Unified School District was instructed to provide documents related to Beck, 27, and another teacher, Angela Burlaka, 47, amid an ongoing investigation into their alleged inappropriate relationships with multiple students.
The school district told Us Weekly in a statement on Thursday, May 28, that they are complying with all requests and working on turning over additional electronic documents related to the investigation.
“On May 13, the Peoria Police Department submitted multiple public records requests related to its investigation of Haley Beck and Angela Burlaka. The same day, the district acknowledged receipt of those requests and began the process of reviewing and responding accordingly,” the statement read.
According to the statement, Peoria Unified representatives met with the Peoria Police Department on Tuesday, May 26, to “reaffirm the district’s commitment to responding lawfully and appropriately” to requests “connected to the investigation.”
“During that meeting, the district also communicated that certain requests required additional legal review to ensure compliance with state and federal law,” the statement continued. “Today, the district was served with a search warrant at the District Administration Center directing Peoria Unified to produce documents by June 5, 2026. District staff immediately provided available hard-copy materials, including Haley Beck’s Statement of Charges, miscellaneous notes, the redacted police report and Angela Burlaka’s employee file. The district is now working to compile and produce the remaining electronic documents identified in the warrant.”
Peoria Unified added it remained “committed to assisting” authorities in their investigation into Beck and Burlaka’s alleged conduct.
“Working cooperatively and transparently with local law enforcement has always been the cornerstone of our focus on safe schools,” the statement continued. “Peoria Unified has consistently responded to requests from law enforcement and remains committed to assisting within the bounds of the law and supporting the judicial process. We remain appreciative of Peoria Police Department’s extensive investigation and continue to await direction from Maricopa County Attorney’s Office as both entities consider evidence related to potential criminal charges.”
Us Weekly reached out to Beck for comment.
Haley, who is the sister of influencer and Baywatch star Noah Beck, was placed on administrative leave from Centennial High School in 2025 as the Peoria Unified investigated accusations that she groomed a minor.
Burlaka, who was a teacher at the same school, was accused of an alleged inappropriate relationship with the same student. Burlaka was also placed on administrative leave at the same time and ultimately resigned.
While the alleged investigation into Haley’s conduct began when the student was 18, the teacher allegedly started grooming him while he was underage.
“After a review of the investigator’s findings, the decision maker found that Ms. Beck groomed a student, which resulted in her having a sexual relationship with that student, and therefore [we] recommended her termination,” Peoria Unified spokesperson Danielle Airey told AZ Central in April 2026.
AZ Central reported that text messages showed that Haley completed some of the student’s homework, let him drive her car and bought him marijuana and alcohol during their relationship.
The text messages, which were released by police and obtained by Us Weekly in April 2026, also show Haley allegedly offering the student oral sex and describing herself as a “sugar momma.”
The Peoria Police Department opened an investigation into “an adult luring a minor for sexual exploitation” in the summer of 2025.
In May 2026, Us confirmed Peoria Police Department were “looking into” accusations about a possible inappropriate relationship between Haley and another student after receiving a tip from a woman who i “basing it all off a TikTok.”
