The settlement — which was approved by Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon on May 30 — requires the Oscar-winning actress to pay nearly $200,000 a year, plus tuition money, to support their daughter Nahla, 6. Per the AP, it also calls for her to pay a retroactive payment of $115,000 and $300,000 to Aubry's attorneys to "cover the costs of their custody dispute." The exes will split Nahla's health care expenses.

Although they never married, Berry and French-Canadian model Aubry, 38, dated from 2005 to 2010. After their breakup, they engaged in a very public tug-of-war over Nahla, with the extant star fighting to move her little girl to France against Aubry's wishes. (Berry's new husband, Olivier Martinez, with whom she has an 8-month-old son, Maceo, is a native of Paris.)

The tension between the two culminated in a Thanksgiving Day brawl between Aubry and Martinez in 2012. A week after the fight, Berry and her ex called a truce and reached "an amicable agreement" over Nahla's care.
