Popping bottles with the bulldogs! Law & Order: SVU actor Ice T and his wife, Coco, frequently travel to appear at nightclubs around the country, and this fall, Coco tells Us Weekly the duo have had some company on the road: their bulldogs, Spartacus and Maximus.
“These two go everywhere with Ice and I. We’ll take them to the [SVU] set, if we have to do a video shoot. Believe it or not, people will ask us to bring the dogs to club appearances, sit ’em in the booth and pop bottles! I kid you not,” Coco said during a visit to Us Weekly‘s New York City headquarters with her beloved pets.
Featured prominently on the couple’s E! reality series Ice Loves Coco, the bulldogs have taken quite a shine to the cameras. In 2013, Coco, 35, photographed the dogs for their own calendar, and she currently maintains Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram feeds on their behalf.
As Coco explains, interaction with their fans helped bring Maximus into the family. Four years after she and Ice T, 56, brought home Spartacus, a fellow bulldog owner across the country reached out and asked if they could breed their dog with Spartacus. “They talked us into it, and I’m so glad and thankful, because that’s where Maximus came from,” Coco said. “He’s the love of my life.”
