Bailey McKnight is opening up about the support she has received from her twin sister, Brooklyn McKnight, amid her ongoing fertility journey.

“I have 0.5, which means I don’t have very many eggs,” Bailey, 26, explained in a TikTok video shared via her and Brooklyn’s shared account on Friday, April 10. “Which is kind of a weird feeling to be told as a woman to be told, ‘By the way, clock is ticking.’”

Bailey learned of her low egg count after she had her anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels checked. She explained that the “scale of good” levels range between 2.0 nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL) to 4.0 ng/mL.

Bailey then became curious whether Brooklyn, also 26, had similar AMH levels, or whether hers were more elevated. (Brooklyn welcomed her first child, son Archer, with husband Dakota Blackburn in January 2025. The pair exchanged vows in Aptos, California, in September 2022.)

“We have this weird theory that maybe she stole most of the eggs. I don’t know,” Bailey said. “We have no idea if this is even a real scientific thing that can happen, but we got curious, so she’s going in to get her AMH tested today.”

Bailey did not share Brooklyn’s test results, but promised to update fans as soon as they knew.

In the comments section of the post, one user wondered whether Brooklyn would “ever consider [helping] Bailey with IVF and give her some eggs if needed,” to which the pair replied, “Yes she has already offered this 🥹😭.”

Last month, Bailey opened up about her fertility issues while trying to conceive with husband Asa Howard. In the Instagram post, Bailey shared several clips of the couple hoping to receive a positive pregnancy test. (The couple tied the knot in 2021 at Knotting Hill Place in Little Elm, Texas, months after he proposed.)

“Still waiting for our yes 💔,” she captioned the post. “Negative tests over and over again for nearly a year. This is not the fertility journey I thought we would have. It’s been difficult emotionally but we know our time will come.”

She continued, “And to our future baby, take comfort knowing you were loved before you were even known. Our mom + dad era will happen one day🥹.”
