Jef Holm isn't at home nursing a broken heart.
Six weeks after the Bachelorette star split from fiancee Emily Maynard, 26, he's already romancing another woman: New Orleans-based Katianna Bear, 23.
"They started dating in the last month," says a source of the duo (whose relationship was revealed by Wetpaint Entertainment). "She fits his mold: young, blonde and pretty."
The insider adds that the Salt Lake City-based entrepreneur, 28, "is flying her all over to be with him."
And though Bear tells Us Weekly, "I can assure you [this information] is false," the source confirms the two have been living it up. On Nov. 17, they partied at the Mint in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Adds a witness, "They were acting like a couple and having fun."
As for Maynard, she moved on just three weeks after calling it quits with Holm. The single mom, 26, was spotted getting cozy with Nascar truck racer Jason White, 33, on Nov. 3 at a Carrie Underwood concert in Charlotte, North Carolina.
"They were all over each other," a witness said of the reality star's group date with the Richmond, Virginia-bred driver. "Jason guided her through the crowd and held her hand as they walked downstairs."
