The right to bare arm(pit hair)!
Jemima Kirke is joining the likes of Madonna, Miley Cyrus, and Scout Willis in letting her armpit hair grow out. And the Girls star isn’t being shy about it!
Kirke, 30, attended the 2015 Center for Reproductive Rights Gala at The Museum of Modern Art in NYC on Tuesday, Oct. 27 in a slinky halter gown that showed off her fit figure, toned arms, and revealed her continued choice to not shave her armpits.
The British native’s other beauty choices included a bright crimson lip and minimal eye makeup. She wore her hair swept back in an elegant updo for the occasion. 
The armpit hair is not a new choice for the HBO actress, who debuted the look at the CFDA Fashion Awards in June. “It’s just my own personal preference,” Kirke said about her look on Twitter in June, while sharing a picture of Sophia Loren in full armpit hair.
Aside from Sophia Loren, Julia Roberts also famously flashed her armpit hair at the premiere of Notting Hill in 1999.
