Jennifer Lawrence Wants a Boyfriend Who Can Fart in Front of Her

Jennifer Lawrence sopke about what she wants in a boyfriend.

America's girl crush has some crush credentials of her own. Beloved Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence opened up to Vanity Fair for a November cover story interview, and — in addition to an emotional conversation about her infamous nude photo leak — touched on the qualities that she's looking for in a boyfriend.

Lawrence, 24, broke up with her boyfriend of three years Nicholas Hoult this past August, and has her sights set high for her next relationship. Currently dating Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, the Oscar winner didn't mention Gwyneth Paltrow's ex by name, but did pinpoint what she finds attractive in a partner for VF.

"I would just rather have somebody that has the same taste in reality TV," Lawrence told the magazine, adding that her shows of choice include Shark Tank, Intervention, and Dance Moms. "I do love my Real Housewives," she added. "New York Housewives — and Beverly Hills, New Jersey, and Atlanta Housewives. I mean, I love them all, but Miami — oh, my God! Miami is really special."

While Martin, 37, has voiced little about his taste in television, he's been a part of reality TV. The Grammy winner served as a guest mentor for season six of The Voice, working with the singers competing under coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Shakira, and Usher

Lawrence also voiced her desire for a man who can eat happily and without restriction. She called the trend of going gluten-free "the new cool eating disorder, the 'basically I just don’t eat carbs.'"

The starlet's views stand in stark contrast to those of Martin's ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow, who is famous for preaching a limited diet. The singer admitted after his March 2014 split from Paltrow that he had started eating meat again, telling BBC Radio 2's Steve Wright in the Afternoon, "I was vegetarian for quite a long time and then for various reasons I changed."

Other traits Lawrence named in her ideal man were someone who has a taste for the biting meta-comedy of Larry David and Curb Your Enthusiasm, and a man who isn't looking for a fight. "I don't like fighting, and I find argumentative people the most annoying people on the planet," she explained to VF. "Like, why do you still want to be fighting? It's just unattractive."

Finally, the blonde beauty named one surprising and specific request that she has for her mate. "[I want someone who] isn't afraid to fart in front of me [rather] than to have big, passionate love," she said. "I'd rather have just a peaceful time. [Those relationships] are deeper because you can be your true self with somebody, and somebody can be their true self with you."
