Jennifer Lopez Finally Dances With Jimmy Fallon After Met Gala Diss with Jennifer Lawrence

Jimmy Fallon finally got his dance with Jennifer Lopez after the Latino singer's refusal to hit the dance floor with the talk show host and Jennifer Lawrence at the 2013 Met Gala.

As Us Weekly previously reported, the "I Luh Ya Papi" singer felt horrible that Lawrence and Fallon had taken her refusal to hit the crowded dance floor with them, as a diss.

And talking about the embarrassing situation again on The Tonight Show on Monday, June 16, newly-single Lopez agreed it was time to make it up to the talk show host, and at least dance with him.

"I remember it well, because it was you and her, and I think I was standing on the couch," Lopez, dressed in a white dress with a plunging neck line, explained to Fallon.

"I felt like she was sad [when I refused]. I didn't mean it like that, I meant, ‘It's crazy out there, I'm good here.’"

Making up for the past, mom-of-two Lopez took Fallon's hand as he grabbed a rose and led her to the dance floor. "Jennifer Lawrence, I hope you're watching!" he quipped.

It was the second time Lopez and Fallon had taken to the dance floor in a week. The pair performed a hilarious "Tight Pants" skit on Monday, June 9, which instantly went viral.

“My daughter is doing it now, Emme is doing tight pants," Lopez said of her 6-year-old daughter who watched the show.

And despite the huge success of the funny sketch, the singer admitted she’d been nervous about filming the segment. “I was so scared to do this skit with him," she admitted. "I was like 'I’m not as funny as you.'"
