Sticking up for her dad. Lily-Rose Depp is defending her “loving” father, Johnny Depp, amid domestic-violence allegations from his estranged wife, Amber Heard.
The 17-year-old model took to Instagram on Sunday, May 29, to share a throwback photo of herself with the Pirates of the Caribbean star, 52, along with a sweet message.
“My dad is the sweetest most loving person I know,” she wrote. “He’s been nothing but a wonderful father to my little brother and I, and everyone who knows him would say the same.”

Lily-Rose is the daughter of Depp and ex Vanessa Paradis. The former couple, who dated from 1998 to 2012, also share son Jack, 14.
Paradis, 43, also reportedly scoffed at the allegations. According to a letter obtained by TMZ, the French singer wrote, “In all the years I have known Johnny, he has never been physically abusive with me and this looks nothing like the man that I lived with for 14 wonderful years.”
Earlier this week, Heard, 30, filed for divorce from Depp, citing “irreconcilable differences,” after 15 months of marriage. She was later granted a temporary domestic-violence restraining order against Depp after accusing him of being physically abusive throughout their relationship. She also alleges that he has a long history of problems with drug and alcohol abuse.
The Alice Through the Looking Glass actor’s divorce attorney, Laura Wasser, asserts that the Danish Girl actress is simply “attempting to secure” financial gain with her allegations.
Police previously told Us Weekly that, despite Heard’s claims, they saw no evidence for a report when they were called to the couple’s L.A. home on Saturday, May 21, after an alleged altercation.
