According to West Goshen police, preliminary toxicology tests reveal that at the time of his death, Dunn's blood-alcohol level was 0.196, more than twice the state's legal limit. He and passenger Zachary Hartwell, a former production assistant on Jackass Number Two, had been drinking Sunday night at Barnaby's of America.

At approximately 3:00 a.m., Dunn's car collided with a guardrail, crashed in the woods and was engulfed in flames. Margera, 31, visited the crash site the following day, where he broke into tears while speaking to reporters.

"I've never lost anybody that I care about," Margera said. "And it's my best friend."

"He was the happiest person ever," he said of Dunn, 34. "He was the smartest guy. He had so much talent. He had so many things going for him. It's just not right."
