Turning pain into beauty! As she works toward finalizing her divorce from her estranged husband, Ryan Sweeting, Kaley Cuoco seems ready to move on. The Big Bang Theory actress, 29, has covered up her Roman numeral wedding date tattoo with some brand-new ink.
On Tuesday, Nov. 24, Cuoco posted a photo of herself in the tattoo parlor chair via Instagram with the caption, “Thank you @nero_sct @studiocitytattoo for helping me right my wrongs.. note to self- do not mark your body with any future wedding dates #under30mistakes #donttakeyourselftooseriouslykids.”
The CBS star also showed off the finished product — a giant moth — in another photo, writing, “@nero_sct the deep, meaningful, larger than life meaning behind this beautiful piece of ink, is….. It covered the last one.”
The former spouses shared the matching wedding date tattoos, but no word yet on whether the tennis pro, 28, has chosen to cover his body art. Sweeting’s date was located inside of a heart on his wrist next to the giant script of his estranged wife’s name. The pair announced in September that they were divorcing just 21 months after their New Year’s Eve 2013 wedding.
