Much needed night out! Hours after announcing her split from husband Ryan Sweeting, Kaley Cuoco was spotted laughing at dinner with girlfriends on Friday, Sept. 25. The Big Bang Theory actress was spotted at The Village in L.A.’s Studio City neighborhood.
Cuoco, 29, appeared to be in good spirits, and was also joined by her younger sister Briana, 26, Entertainment Tonight reports. She dined out without makeup and donned a messy bun. (Briana was a contestant on Season 5 of The Voice.)
According to ET, the star was spotted drinking wine and even spoke enthusiastically about Sweeting.
Cuoco and the tennis pro married on New Year’s Eve 2013 after a whirlwind romance. The actress hinted that there was trouble in paradise when she deleted all photos of Sweeting from her Instagram account prior to the divorce news.
“Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage,” her rep told Us Weekly in a statement on Friday. “They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter.”
Cuoco previously dated her Big Bang Theory costar Johnny Galecki from 2007 to 2010. Last week, she gushed that Sweeting and her ex-boyfriend were pals.
“Ryan loves him. Johnny loves him. It’s been a long time, so it’s great,” she said during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Sept. 20. “I got lucky! That could have been horrible.”
