New love! Things seem to be heating up between Kaley Cuoco and her new boyfriend, Paul Blackthorne. The pair were spotted together at the WME Golden Globes afterparty on Sunday, January 10, at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles.
As Us Weekly exclusively revealed, the Big Bang Theory actress, 30, started dating the Arrow hunk, 46, last month after her split from husband Ryan Sweeting in September 2015.
And though she’s kept her new romance under wraps, sources tell Us that it’s been a long time coming.
“She’s been friends with Paul for years, but it’s recently turned romantic,” an insider dishes. “He is so handsome! She seems smitten. I think she’s a little cautious, but she seems really happy. They were longtime friends so there was already something there and they are seeing where it goes. He’s a nice guy.”
And though the actress has seemingly moved on from her husband of 21 months, those close to her note that she seems to be in a good place.
“Everyone is happy she’s happy,” another source tells Us.
Since her split from Sweeting, Cuoco has had the tattoo on her back of their wedding date covered with a giant moth. She also spent the holidays and New Year’s Eve — her former wedding anniversary — with her family.
“Through all the craziness, drama, gossip, tears, and life that has happened this last year, seeing these people who know me quite well, made me oh so very happy,” she captioned an Instagram pic in late December.
