Nice tan, Kate Walsh! The 45-year-old Private Practice star arrived at LAX Airport on Sunday, Aug. 4, with a healthy glow. To highlight her flawless skin, Walsh went makeup free for her travels.
The actress gave a glimpse of her bare face under a big sunhat. The beachy accessory paired well with her casual attire of baggy printed pants, a white shirt, a denim jacket and sandals.
Walsh tweeted on Aug. 4 that she had been enjoying a vacation in the Caribbean. "#Solucky Just spent 5 days swimming, snorkeling and body surfing in this delicious Caribbean water." She also posted a photo of her gorgeous view of the water and palm trees on her Tumblr page.
Last year, the star shared her diet and fitness secrets with Us Weekly. "Everything changes as you get older. I recently started changing my diet, not to diet, but to feel better," she said. "As crazy as it is, I'm eating for my blood type a little more. I still allow myself to cheat when I go out to dinners or on the weekends, but I'm trying to stick to mostly vegetarian [fare]. I feel better and I have more energy."
As for exercise, Walsh told Us she does a little bit of everything. "I walk, I do Pilates, I do ballet . . . terribly!" she laughed. "I walk around the Silver Lake reservoir [in L.A.] . . . I try to get out. I like the fresh air."
